About In-Home Care and Support

We provide home-based services to assist individuals in living independently, including older adults and those with disabilities.

Job Summary

This role involves providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. Tasks include general cleaning, household management, and maintaining a safe environment.

  • Clean homes thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms
  • Manage household tasks such as laundry and ironing
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Report any health or safety concerns to the appropriate team member
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or domestic work (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Respectful and professional attitude toward clients
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Reliable transport and a valid driver's license (preferred)
