This role offers flexibility and balance in your work life, allowing you to make a positive impact in the community while enjoying a supportive team environment.As an In-Home Support Worker, you will provide domestic tasks, personal care, transportation, and social support to older adults, children, and younger clients with complex needs. Your ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, and maintain confidentiality is essential in this role.To be successful in this position, you will require:
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Reliability, integrity, and attention to detail

You will have the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life across the community, including older adults, children, and younger clients with diverse needs. As an In-Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support while promoting independence and dignity.The working conditions for this role include afternoon shifts, day shifts, Monday to Friday, and morning shifts. You will also be required to hold First Aid Certification, a Working with Children Check, a National Police Certificate, and a valid Driver Licence. The work location is in-person.
