About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our South Australia team based in Thebarton, managing our Repairs sales portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing contracted customers to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Prepare and submit tenders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services.
What We Offer
  • A competitive OTE of $170k upwards.
  • A base salary of up to $90k, plus 11% Super and Comms.
  • A vehicle allowance of $17,000.

Requirements
  • A track record of delivering consistent outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline.
  • Experience in selling technical products and services to property management companies, strata corporations, and building owners.

  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • A current driver's license.
