Job Title: Specialist and Make up Artist

Job Summary:

As a Specialist and Make up Artist at Tom Ford, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients. With your passion for beauty and your ability to build strong relationships with customers, you will be the face of our brand and play a key role in driving sales and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to our clients
- Build collaborative working relationships with the rest of the team to ensure the store meets the Company's high standards of visual merchandising
- Use your exceptional people skills to drive sales and achieve business targets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products

Requirements:

- Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
- Must have retail sales experience
- Must have makeup certification and experience
- A knowledge of selling fragrance products is preferable
