Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at HiTech Group. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading requirement gatherings, documentation, and consultation with stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Work with business SMEs and IT teams to analyse business requirements and identify underlying business needs.
- Develop user interface designs using UCD principles and practices to ensure accessibility and usability.
- Specify requirements in a format that can be shared with and easily understood by various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have experience in IT Systems Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodology, as well as strong understanding of process modelling, data analysis, and modelling. Knowledge of systems including SAS, Microsoft Dynamics, Java, Siebel/Oracle fusion, Peoplesoft, and Data Warehouse is desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse business requirements to discover underlying business needs.
- Develop user interface designs that conform to industry and Australian Government Accessibility and Usability principles.
- Specify requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of IT Systems Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodology.
- Strong understanding of process modelling, data analysis, and modelling.
- Desirable knowledge of systems including SAS, Microsoft Dynamics, Java, Siebel/Oracle fusion, Peoplesoft, and Data Warehouse.
