About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team at Exclaim IT. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving project success by capturing business requirements, analyzing processes, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit stakeholder requirements.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including business cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support the change management process, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Desirable Criteria
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of both business processes and IT systems.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, and other business analysis tools.
