Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support key business needs within our department in electronic and management systems. The successful candidate will be offered a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to create detailed specifications, acceptance criteria, and high-level business requirements.
  • Develop business cases through engagement with stakeholders to align with business needs and outcomes.
  • Document current and future state capabilities while providing technical advice on complex issues.
  • Support testing activities, presentations, and assist business leads with project-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, managing requirements through testing, training, and implementation to ensure successful business and technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to document business processes, functional specifications, use cases, and user manuals.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead consultations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team, with strong organisational skills.
