EACH Victoria is seeking an experienced Early Intervention Support Professional to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. As a key member of our team, you will deliver comprehensive supports to families, empowering them to achieve their goals through evidence-informed best practice.

The role involves partnering with families to tailor support options that fit each child's unique needs, using assessments, observations, and your understanding of child development. You will empower caregivers and professionals to build skills and confidence, enabling them to provide ongoing support in everyday life. Additionally, you will connect children and families with their community, ensuring inclusion and participation in settings and activities they choose.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in Early Childhood/Education, expert knowledge in child development, and the ability to identify developmental issues. You will also have a proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities, including the implementation of effective strategies for families to practice at home and other settings.

This rewarding career opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
