Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Veterinary Director for a Full-Time role.

In the capacity of Veterinary Director, you will oversee the comprehensive clinical operations of the practice, which includes managing the veterinary team, ensuring superior patient care, and nurturing strong client relationships. You will also have the chance to engage in business leadership roles and contribute to the clinic's growth and evolution, steering it into the next phase of veterinary medicine.

We prioritize your well-being and aim to create an enjoyable work environment, offering flexible scheduling options for both consulting and surgical days.

Utilizing evidence-based diagnostics, therapies, and treatment plans, you will have the autonomy to manage your cases while receiving support from emergency and after-hours facilities. This structure allows us to provide overnight care for our patients and facilitate easy referrals, minimizing stress on our team and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

This position is ideally suited for a Veterinarian with a minimum of four years of practical experience. While clinical leadership and management skills are preferred, they are not mandatory as mentorship will be provided.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE, or equivalent examinations.
