
Regional Mental Health Specialist

A Regional Mental Health Specialist is required to provide high-quality clinical services to clients in a dynamic and growing regional area. The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based practice and making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- To conduct individual client therapy sessions using multiple referral pathways
- To liaise effectively with referrers, including written and verbal feedback
- To perform comprehensive risk assessments and safety planning
- To demonstrate advanced communication skills
- To utilize practice management software
Requirements
- An AHPRA-registered Psychologist with at least 2 years of experience (Provisionals encouraged)
- Strong client connection skills, valuing genuine relationships over tick-box therapy
- A team player who can work autonomously
- Experience with NDIS/WorkCover/assessment work preferred
