HTR Group is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Enterprise Workforce Intelligence Consultant. This role will involve leading the development of a detailed workforce supply and demand model that forecasts workforce supply and demand across the anticipated 20,000 job roles required by the NPS enterprise through all phases of AUKUS Pillar I.
The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive documentation explaining the methodology, data sources, assumptions, and algorithms used in the model. They will also develop an engagement strategy outlining how to engage with key stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring their input is considered in the model's development.
In addition to these tasks, the Enterprise Workforce Intelligence Consultant will be expected to provide clear insights into hiring strategies (for both APS and industrial workforces) that consider challenges presented by national labour market dynamics and pressures. They will also support the development of program segment Workforce Plans and maintain Quantitative Workforce Models using current data and complex methodologies.
Minimum mandatory requirements for this position include AGSVA Security clearance, Defence experience (Navy), and experience developing functional workforce supply and demand models to enable strategic planning.
