About Service Role

As a distributor of quality European caravans and trailers, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Service department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and delivery of new parts, and the turnaround of service vehicles to our loyal and adventuresome customers. This role is varied, exciting and challenging, requiring organisational, administrative and customer-focused skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and confirming service appointments
  • Completing all required paperwork accurately and efficiently including invoicing
  • Arranging quality checks on all vehicles prior to delivery
  • Delivering vehicles to our customers
  • Processing customer orders for parts
  • Managing stock and reorder levels

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Previous experience in an administration role preferred but not essential
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communication every time
  • Ability to adapt to situations as required and work towards deadlines
  • Current NSW Driver's License
