Role Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the overall customer experience objectives. This position involves managing the operational elements of the ecommerce platform and digital marketing initiatives to enhance website traffic, sales, profit margins, and customer lifetime value (CLTV). By leading a team with diverse skill sets, you will take a proactive approach to foster their development and success.

Collaboration with various departments, including merchandising and planning, will be vital to drive revenue growth and elevate the brand's online visibility.

Key Duties:

  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives and customer segmentation strategies to expand the customer demographic and enhance acquisition efforts.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience leading a marketing team, ideally in a retail or direct-to-consumer environment with an omnichannel focus.

  • Expertise in ecommerce strategy formulation and management.
  • Proficient in SEM, SEO, email marketing, CRM, social media, and influencer engagement.
  • Strong grasp of digital advertising and ROI optimization.
