Family Therapy Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Family Therapy Specialist to provide meaningful support to young people aged 12–25 and their families.

You will play a vital role in improving family relationships, reducing distress, and creating a safe and supportive environment that empowers young people through their recovery journey.

About You:
  • Deliver high-quality family therapy aimed at repairing and strengthening family relationships.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address complex family dynamics.
  • Work with various family structures, such as parents and young people, whole families, or parent-focused interventions.
  • Support families while ensuring the young person remains the primary focus of care.
  • Address family relationship ruptures, manage family dynamics, and encourage effective coping strategies.
  • Assist families in understanding and addressing their concerns while promoting healthy communication.
