Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives sales and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation. You will work closely with our Brand Managers to develop a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives sales and revenue growth
  • Manage the marketing calendar, including digital campaigns, collaborations, events, and editorial
  • Manage the content calendar, website updates, EDMs, social channels, and blog
  • Oversee key digital marketing projects and website improvements that support business growth strategy
  • Manage the weekly social media content plan and communicate with teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Write and edit all copy for social, EDMs, promotional banners, SEO-friendly blogs, and VM signage to ensure brand tone of voice is consistent and in line with overall brand message
  • Oversee production of engaging content, digital artwork, and videos for use across website and social media platforms
  • Liaise and manage external digital agencies across SEO, SEM, paid social campaigns, acquisition activities, promotions, and competitions; manage marketing budget, timelines, and deadlines
  • Manage all paid content partnership programs, including influencer seeding programs, internally and with external PR agency support
  • Prepare and present weekly reporting on KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion, acquisition, retention, and UPT
Requirements:
  • 4+ years previous experience working in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Content Marketing
  • Experience with Shopify highly desirable
  • High-level understanding of Instagram and Facebook paid campaigns, SEO, and SEM essential
  • High-level understanding of Google Analytics essential
  • Adobe Creative Suit experience (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical mind, organised, and process-driven
  • Creative and ability to think outside the box to come up with solutions
