The Role

We're seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist or Clinical Counsellor to join our expanding team in Orange, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing assessment, case management, and counselling services to support their recovery and return to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness;
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios;
  • Deliver counselling services to support clients with career goals and circumstances;
  • Support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You

We're looking for a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist or Clinical Counsellor with:

Rehabilitation Counsellor (with full ASORC/RCAA membership) or Psychologist (with full AHPRA registration);Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided;Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach;Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
