About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Employment Consultants using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
  • Invest in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).

To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant Certificate III or higher qualification and two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
