Employment Services Leader

We are seeking a results-driven leader with a passion for people and a deep understanding of the employment services sector to lead our centralized claims team.
This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of contractual and legislative requirements, including outcome and documentary evidence guidelines.
About the Role- Provide strategic leadership to the claims team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Oversee staff performance by conducting regular reviews, setting clear goals, and managing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Previous experience in a similar claims management or leadership role.
- A satisfactory National Police Check and a current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
