Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee technical and engineering aspects of projects.

This role involves working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

  • Lead and coordinate engineering and construction activities for multiple projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and quality control measures.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to address and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the high rise residential construction sector successfully completing projects over $60 million.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
