Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of talented technical leads to deliver high-quality software solutions across multiple applications.

This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for cloud, web, and API development, combined with a strong focus on technical excellence, leadership, and problem-solving.

  • Technical Ownership – Set and uphold best practices in coding, security, and high-quality development standards.
  • Cloud & API Development – Design, build, and optimize cloud architectures using serverless computing, microservices, and event-driven designs.
  • Agile & DevOps Excellence – Champion Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices to improve efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performance & Reporting – Manage resource planning, track team capacity, and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years in software development, including at least 3 years leading technical teams.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
  • Cloud Architecture Expertise: Extensive experience in cloud solutions (serverless, microservices, event-driven architectures).
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS DevOps Tools, CircleCI.
  • Communication & Reporting: Ability to deliver clear technical updates and performance reports.
