We are seeking a Casual Customer Service staff to assist with our Bingo and Charity Housie sessions in the South Coast. These sessions help fund vital services for children and families with learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with patrons and club staff.
  • Setting up equipment, managing sales, and reconciling takings.
  • Calculating prize money and recording session details.
About This Role:
  • This is an entry-level position with flexible shifts – usually 4 hours, with day sessions that fit into school hours and evening shifts that finish by 10pm.
  • Sessions are available Monday–Friday afternoons and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings. We are especially looking for people with daytime availability in the South Coast.
  • This is a fun and social work environment where you will connect with friendly patrons and supportive colleagues.
  • No previous housie/bingo experience is needed – just a positive attitude.

Requirements:
  • A current driver's licence and access to an insured vehicle.
  • A friendly, reliable, and well-presented approach.
  • Customer service skills and confidence with people.
  • Access to a laptop and mobile phone.
  • The ability to lift up to 15kg.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Daytime availability (priority for current Shellharbour sessions).
  • A willingness to work a flexible roster (including some nights and weekends).
  • Microphone or event experience.
  • Knowledge of Bingo/Housie.

As a child-safe organisation, successful applicants will be required to undergo a police check.
