Strategic Business Transformation Lead
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead the transformation of our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and innovative individual who can design and deliver change initiatives that drive sustainable growth and improvement.

About the Role
  • This is a three-year initiative, endorsed by the Board, to identify, design and build scalable systems and processes that will support the organisation well into the future.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced project and change manager with a record of designing and embedding organisational change in complex settings. They will have exceptional communication skills, be comfortable working with ambiguity, and be recognised as resilient and adaptable. Key elements of the role include:
