About the Program

Our 2-year Graduate Engineer Program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in the energy sector. You'll embark on 3 x 8-month rotations across various engineering disciplines and teams, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of assets, locations, and projects.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering strategies
  • Participate in project and program support
  • Design, develop, test, and optimize existing and future assets
  • Prepare accurate and technical reports for engineers and site-based workers
  • Engage in a range of learning activities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Investigate and analyze data to provide recommendations for improvements and optimization

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Civil, Chemical, or Structural)
  • Graduation between 2022 – 2024
  • Strong desire to develop a career in the power generation industry
  • Safety as a core value and understanding of operational site safety requirements
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and respect for a diverse workforce
  • Ability to work in new environments, adapt to change, and gain exposure to critical energy infrastructure and assets
  • Willingness and ability to geographically relocate (8-month rotations across regions)
  • Valid and current Australian Driver's License, with access to a car
