Aged Care Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Administration Officer to support our aged care operations, making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage admissions, agreements and discharge processes for residents
  • Maintain waitlists and optimize occupancy levels
  • Coordinate tours and provide fee quotes for prospective residents
  • Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current National Police Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Aged care experience is desirable
