
Medical Sales Specialist

This role is designed for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 2 years of experience in Neurology or CNS. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the business, competitive landscape, and territory market to drive business growth.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives through the implementation of approved market/selling strategies and solutions.
- Engage in meaningful dialog with healthcare professionals to determine underlying patient needs and develop solutions to address such needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- BA/BS Degree.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years in Neurology or CNS.
- Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulations/guidelines pertaining to pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience with new product launches.
