Nurse Career Development Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team in a 52-week program designed to provide the skills and knowledge required to practice as a Registered Nurse in various clinical settings.
The program consists of rotations in acute care, emergency department, operating theatre, sub-acute care, community mental health, district nursing, medical infusion unit, Logan Lodge aged care facility, and Midwifery Unit.
Each rotation will provide graduates with the opportunity to develop their clinical skills, work independently, and participate in educational activities.
Program Benefits- Clinical Nurse Educators will support graduates throughout their year, providing guidance and feedback on their performance.
- Regular debrief sessions with Clinical Nurse Educators will be held to discuss any challenges or concerns.
- Access to eLearning suite of courses will be available to support graduates in their professional development.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification is required, and you must be registered with the relevant nursing authority.
