Job Opportunity for Graduate Nurses

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated graduate nurses to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The successful applicants will be part of our comprehensive Graduate Nurse Program, which provides a supportive learning environment with rotations through various clinical areas. They will have access to experienced educators and mentors who will guide them throughout their graduate year.

This program is designed to equip new graduate nurses with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their careers. It includes a range of activities such as comprehensive orientation, eLearning courses, internal in-service education, night duty opportunities, and award payments in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives—Victorian Public Sector EBA.

The Graduate Nurse Program also offers a support network for participants, including Clinical Nurse Educators and Preceptors or team nursing in most areas. Additionally, information sessions are held regularly to provide an opportunity for future graduate nurses to meet with our Education Manager and get to know the Education Team at our facility.

To be eligible for this program, applicants must possess a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification. They should also demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
