Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop positive relationships with children, their families and the local community through effective communication and empathy.
  • Design Engaging Learning Environments: Create play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths and abilities, promoting social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
  • Monitor Progress and Document Learning: Regularly observe and assess children's learning, documenting progress against established learning outcomes and providing constructive feedback to support further growth.

Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification, with previous experience in early childhood education preferred.
  • Passion for Working with Children: A genuine enthusiasm for working with children of all ages and a commitment to supporting their unique needs and interests.
  • Effective Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members, ensuring seamless collaboration and open dialogue.
