About the Role

The Property and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all T2 controlled facilities are maintained to the highest standards of health, safety, and operational excellence. This role will ensure that T2 facilities optimize the shopping and working environment for customers, visitors, and T2 teams alike, while also ensuring that all governance surrounding property-related lease requirements (globally) are accurately recorded, monitored, and fulfilled in accordance with terms of the lease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Leasing Manager by completing all lease administration requirements involved in opening new stores, temporary pop-ups, temporary kiosks, renewals of existing leases, store relocations, closures, and any other new store formats that may evolve.
  • Maintaining all T2 controlled facilities to the highest standards of health, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring that all T2 locations comply with legal requirements.
  • Ensuring that all contractors and suppliers are performing to the required standard.
