About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of early childhood education and care in Australia.

As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care. You will mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, and be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.

You will work closely with the Centre Director and other leaders to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of centre operation. You will also be responsible for implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide and ensuring that our centre is a safe and inclusive environment for all children and families.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and care, and who has a strong track record of leadership and management. You will be a collaborative and supportive team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
