Job Title: Performance Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer Specialist to lead our performance testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for performance testing using relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in performance testing, making recommendations for new tools and methodologies as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
  • Strong knowledge of automation testing using Selenium and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with load testing tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, and Gatling.
  • Proficient in cloud technologies such as Azure, GCP, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD – DevOps concepts and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
