High-Performing Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to drive the development and execution of performance-related test cases.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building, reviewing, and contributing to testable requirements, as well as knowledge of application performance monitoring tools and cloud technologies.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, script, and execute all performance-related test cases against quality objectives.
- Lead a team of junior engineers and provide guidance on performance analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define performance strategies and frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance testing with NeoLoad.
- Familiarity with automation testing using Selenium and proficiency in scripting languages.
- Proven track record in performance testing, including load, soak, breakpoint, stress, high volume, and batch testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Proficiency in CI/CD – DevOps tools like Jenkins, AzureDevOps.
- Familiarity with load testing tools JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling.
- Hands-on experience with APM Tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, Azure Insights, AWS Cloud Watch, Prometheus.
