About the Role:

Marsh Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a Property Valuation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing growth in the NSW & ACT office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a multi-year project across NSW, working closely with the project manager to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Undertake research and data analysis to support valuation services.
  • Conduct supervised site inspections and field work to gather data and information.
  • Compile reports and spreadsheets, including data transfer, formatting, and formulas.
  • Liaise with client representatives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize our in-house valuation program to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Arrange project plans and site inspections to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property Valuation or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and computer competency.
  • Organized and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to deliver results on time and in full.
  • Confident communicator in all forms.
  • Analytical mindset and team player with high integrity and energy.
  • Level-headed nature and organized under pressure.
  • Willing to travel regionally and nationally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial reporting, insurance, and/or market valuations.
  • Demonstration of strong logistical, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong Excel and systems capabilities.
