Enhancing Business Continuity through Operational Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Specialist to support our operational processes and uplift activities to meet APRA's CPS 230 Operational Risk Management standard.
The successful candidate will contribute to a major uplift in how we manage operational risk, business continuity and third-party resilience across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Business Continuity Management frameworks, processes and tools to meet CPS 230 requirements
- Assist in developing and executing business continuity testing and resilience planning
- Partner with business units to review and maintain Business Continuity Plans and disruption tolerance levels
- Deliver awareness and training sessions to implement and embed changes to policies and frameworks
- Coordinate working groups and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Contribute to governance reporting, risk assessments and compliance monitoring activities
About You:
We are looking for someone with 7 years of capability and experience in technology risk, operational risk, business continuity management or similar experience. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation writing skills and experience using GRC Archer is advantageous.
