Senior Tax and Accounting Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert tax and accounting advice to diverse clients, including family groups, trusts, and partnerships. As a Senior Manager with our Business Advisory team in Toowoomba, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, building lasting business relationships, and developing team members through coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert tax and accounting advice to clients, identifying and addressing complex issues and finding innovative solutions.
  • Lead client engagements, develop and implement strategies to meet their needs, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their careers.
