Lead Salesforce Developer

We seek a seasoned Lead Salesforce Developer to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions across multiple business areas. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge Salesforce applications that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Apex code, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL queries to meet business requirements.
  • Build and support integrations using Salesforce APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business features and drive project success.
  • Participate in Agile development ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to platform enhancements, driving quality and innovation.
  • Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability.
  • Engage in platform maintenance, issue triage, and Level 3 support to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, API Web Services) with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and best practices to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tooling (Git, SFDX) and deployment strategies to streamline application deployment.
  • Experience with Q2 lending managed package is highly regarded.
  • Proven track record working in Agile development environments, delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on delivery, enabling effective teamwork.
  • Background in finance or banking is highly valued.
