Respiratory Medicine Career Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Registrar to join our multidisciplinary team at Monash Health. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in respiratory medicine and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

As a Respiratory Registrar, you will work closely with consultants, senior registrars, junior registrars, residents, physiotherapists, nurses, and pharmacists to provide comprehensive care to patients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in lung and sleep medicine, as well as participate in subspecialty programs including ultrasound, research, education, infection prevention, and specialty liaison.

About the Role
  • Provide ward services with High Dependency Unit (HDU)
  • Work in the outpatient department with over 20,000 appointments per year
  • Participate in specialty units, FFB, ultra sound, pleural clinic, and pulmonary laboratory reporting
Key Requirements
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications
  • Working with Children's Certificate (Employee)
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • At least 2 reference checks
