**About the Role**

Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Services Assistant to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury 5-star hotel environment, creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest rooms and housekeeping areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Liaise with the housekeeping coordinator to ensure all guest requests are completed efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and available as needed.
  • Support the housekeeping team in resolving guest requests and delivering 5-star luxury service.
  • Showcase exceptional organisational skills, ensuring all housekeeping supplies are available when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a houseperson or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Physical fitness is essential for this active role.
  • Able to comfortably lift 10kg.
  • Safe manual handling training and experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests.
  • Organisation and efficient time management skills.
