About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to oversee the execution of projects that focus on delivering TrustX and IdentityX implementations using Daon's proprietary technology stack.

This role involves coordinating and leading complex deployments, managing client expectations, driving delivery excellence, and operating autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer projects.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Coordinate efforts across Daon's internal teams.
  • Engage with various customer stakeholders.
  • Lead design and implementation planning for TrustX and IdentityX solutions.
  • Create and maintain high-level design documentation, meeting notes, project/resource plans, and decision logs.
  • Ensure the quality of all documentation deliverables.
  • Monitor and manage contract tracking and billing.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide timely, clear communication across internal and external channels.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of relevant technical project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of modern SDLC technologies and environments.
  • Familiarity with version control systems.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems integration.
