We are seeking an experienced Product Strategy Manager to spearhead the development of customer-centric category plans and promotional programs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a background in product management, buying or account management and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing profitability through effective negotiations and promotional planning, maintaining relationships with trade partners, and ensuring key stakeholders are updated on category communications.

  • Develop a customer-focused category strategy and promotional program
  • Manage profitability through effective negotiations and promotional planning
  • Maintain relationships with domestic trade partners and overseas sourcing team
  • Communicate key category updates to stakeholders
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Category or Product Manager, Buyer or Account Manager
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working in an Omni-Channel Retailer (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment

Familiarity with SAP and BW would be advantageous.
