Product Strategy Executive

This position is focused on overseeing the development and management of iconic 4x4, performance, and OEM repair brands. The successful candidate will drive innovation and pricing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive product lifecycle management strategies to identify global opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to create data-driven pricing strategies that maximize revenue potential.
- Lead international market integration efforts to drive business growth.
- Analyze complex quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices to support employee growth.
- Demonstrated success in product leadership roles, preferably within automotive or aftermarket industries.
- Understanding of suspension system principles and ability to leverage technical knowledge for commercial success.
- Experience with pricing strategy development, financial modeling, and market analysis.
- Proven ability to lead projects across multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
- Strong track record of driving business growth through innovative product development and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry and its challenges.
