About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DC Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sigma Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities.

You will lead a team responsible for delivering agreed outputs within tight turnaround timeframes and with a focus on achieving high levels of accuracy. Your primary objective will be to implement productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities;
  • Lead a team responsible for delivering agreed outputs within tight turnaround timeframes and with a focus on achieving high levels of accuracy;
  • Implement productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits;
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in management and leadership of the warehouse team;
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and team performance.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience in multi-SKU FMCG warehouse operations at a supervisory or frontline management level. You should have a strong understanding of warehouse technology systems, including RF, automation, and SAP.

In addition, you should have high security focus and demonstrated people management skills – motivating and leading a team. Delivery of Health & Safety policy and initiatives, including Return to Work, is also essential.
