Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plastic production processes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of plastics production, including operating modern automated machinery, manufacturing finished goods, and carrying out basic maintenance tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced plastic extrusion, conversion, and recycling equipment
  • Produce high-quality plastic products such as bags and stretch film
  • Maintain machines and perform routine checks to ensure optimal performance

Work Environment:

The role involves working 12-hour shifts with 4 days on followed by 4 days off. Shifts rotate between day and night shifts.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in running manufacturing machines
  • A can-do attitude and excellent teamwork skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and strong mechanical aptitude
  • A high attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
