Eastern Victoria Distributor Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to enhance our distributor relationships and drive business growth across Eastern Victoria.
- Territory Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, implement strategic call plans, monitor sales performance against targets, manage territory databases, and service key accounts professionally.
- Business Expansion: Identify new product opportunities, develop business with end-users, increase market share, conduct joint sales calls with distributors, and pursue generated leads.
- Field Operations: Attend industry events, conduct product training sessions, maintain marketing displays, inspect products for quality, ensure optimal use of catalogues and advertising efforts, and approve new business proposals.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Submit regular reports to Regional Managers, participate in sales meetings, collaborate with national sales teams, and provide valuable market insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development and relationship management, particularly with distributor networks. They will also have a strong understanding of B2B sales principles and customer service excellence. Self-motivation, independent work ethic, and extensive travel throughout Eastern Victoria are essential requirements.
