Digital Experience Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Digital Experience Designer to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing core flows for our website, one of our most important member touchpoints. This individual will have the opportunity to see their work go live regularly and have a direct impact on real users.

This role is part of a new squad focused on designing digital experiences that put members at the centre. As a key contributor to this initiative, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate member needs and business goals into intuitive digital experiences
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
  3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, brand and content teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital experiences
  4. Contribute to and extend our design system, ensuring consistency across platforms
  5. Apply data, insights, and member feedback to iterate on designs
  6. Evaluate designs against WCAG standards and healthcare regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering digital design solutions in complex or highly regulated industries
  • Proficiency in Figma, with strong prototyping and component creation skills
  • Human-centred design expertise, with a data-informed approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A bias for action – move ideas forward, encourage progress, and adapt quickly
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
