Key Requirements:

We are seeking a non-executive director with a strong background in technology and data governance, finance, risk management, business development, fundraising or law.

The ideal candidate will have high levels of professionalism and dedication, ensuring quality services for vulnerable people in the community.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology and data governance
  • Knowledge of legal principles
  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Driver's Licence
  • Understanding of the health system
  • Experience as a director and understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and ethics
  • Knowledge of Bendigo and environs, particularly an understanding of the socio-economic and cultural makeup of Bendigo

Additional Requirements:

The preferred candidate will also be subject to probity checks including appropriate references and a National Police Check.
