Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate research initiatives within the Occupational Therapy department, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Mentor and support staff and students in research skill development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify, apply for, and manage internal and external research grants, securing funding to support departmental priorities.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement activities, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize service delivery.
  • Design and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines and policies, promoting best practices throughout the department.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of research excellence, demonstrated leadership skills, and a passion for advancing occupational therapy practice.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with a Master's or PhD in a relevant area, minimum 10 years' relevant post-graduate OT experience, and a strong publication history.
