Job Title: Business Development Manager

The Sales Account Manager is a key role responsible for seeking out and developing new business across various channels. This position requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills, creative thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, strong project management skills, and sector knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service to current and prospective clients.
  • Prospect commercial leads through online and offline sources to cultivate new business.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of business from both agency and direct clients.
  • Establish strong networks within the agency environment to secure briefs.
  • Produce proactive business collateral to support sales development.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, executing, and closing deals to a high standard.
  • Aim to close new deals and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Manager in publishing or agency.
  • Minimum 3 years media sales experience in publishing or agency.
