Cost Management Leader

Job Description:

As a Cost Management Leader, you will be responsible for leading highly experienced teams and nurturing a strong social dynamic. You will utilize your vast industry experience to build on your skillset and expand your perspective. We will empower you to take real responsibility in your role, enabling you to take charge of your career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key account manager in the Australia team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
  • Use business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
  • Oversee key strategic client projects
  • Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors
  • Foster top performance and growth for employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
  • Lead the team to deliver impeccable quality and client value

Requirements:

  • Strong operational and team management experience in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management working on large, complex construction projects
  • 10+ years' experience in construction ideally with previous cost management experience in the data centre sector
  • Confidence to head up meetings with clients
  • Degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying field
  • Chartered and ideally a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Able to thrive on building strong relationships with the team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun

Benefits:
