Job Title: Mental Health Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled mental health professional to join our team as a Consultant Psychologist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinically Expert Practitioner who is passionate about delivering recovery-focused care to young people experiencing or at high risk of psychosis.

  • Provide expert supervision, guidance, and support to clinicians delivering youth-friendly, evidence-based interventions
  • Co-therapy in complex care cases when necessary
  • Facilitate training and professional development programs for clinical teams
  • Support quality assurance and research activities
  • Lead the implementation of a person-centred culture of hope and resilience within the team
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to influence strategy and opportunities for improvement
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA, Clinical Psychology endorsement preferred
  • AHPRA-approved Supervisor status, eligible to provide clinical supervision
  • Extensive experience in youth mental health and first-episode psychosis
  • A proven track record of mentoring, supervising, and developing clinical teams
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence
